1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EJW Portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Affiliate Program

As an affiliate, you agree to promote EJW products ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice. Payouts are processed weekly for balances over $50.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Spam or unsolicited marketing
• False or misleading claims about products
• Cookie stuffing or fraudulent referrals
• Trademark infringement or brand impersonation

4. Termination

EJW reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts at any time for violation of these terms. Outstanding commissions may be forfeited in cases of fraud or policy violations.
